How long do I continue to get revenue?

So long as you remain a registerd Gecko Rescue channel partner you will receive ongoing revenue or the work that we do for your customers

 

Will the service provided to my customes be secure?

We use the same encryption as banks and financial institutions. This makes the connection completely safe and secure, and we can only access a computer with your customers permission.

They will be able to see us control the desktop and may terminate the remote session at any time.

After the support session we will not be able to access their computer unless they initiate a support request.

With per minute billing your customers only pay for the time it takes to get the job done. A 10 minute job costs 10 minutes. On-site services usually charge an hourly rate with a minimum charge of 1 hour plus call-out fees.
